Ok you've heard all of our rant about how the weight scale sucks ass and it just mind fucks you and it doesn't give you the whole picture. Therefore, it leaves you feeling like "WTF?!" every time you hop on it after you've been on your game both in the kitchen and in the gym.

- your weight
- current body fat percentage (ask a trainer at TPS)
- a body fat chart
- a calculator
