So when people walk into TPS, they always wonder how they're going to get cardio in since we don't have any cardio machines. Well, just because we don't have cardio machines, doesn't mean we don't cardio in here.
All cardio is by definition is an elevated heart rate. Anything that gets your heart rate up (jumping, dancing, running, sexy time etc...) is technically cardio. So what we do is increase and maintain your heart rate up during your ENTIRE workout to give you weight training and cardio at the same time!
