So I'm not your average skinny ass, buff ass trainer. I get that. I look like a normal ass, every day person. So how the hell am I suppose to tell you how to get in shape?!
Well, here's the shocker, I am in shape! Not by society's standards, but by my own. Physiologically, I'm a beast and I'm pretty fucking strong too. Not to mention, I may not be very fast, but I'll run to fucking Mexico and back (part because I have endurance and part because I'm motivated as hell.)
I also know what it's like to have goals and accomplish them. At one point, I weighed 245 lbs. In 6 months, I dropped to 165 lbs!
Now, not everyone's goal is to lose weight. I get that. I RESPECT that. Whatever your goal may be, it always comes down to one thing:
Yeah, folks know you gotta have a fast metabolism...blah blah blah...but do you know what is it? Do you know what's the best way to increase that sucka? I do and you will too after you watch this video. Not to mention, it will save you a lot of time on reaching your goal.
